The tithe should be given primarily wherever GOD leads you to repentance, nourishes you, guides you, equips you, asks you to give, or establishes you. Since the tithe belongs to GOD, He is free to do with it as He pleases. It is up to Him to tell each person where to give their tithe.

God’s angels: What do they do?
To deploy, amplify, or strengthen the ministry of angels is to pray that they may fully exercise their ministry. Simply saying that angels are activated does not activate them. Before our birth, angels were already ministering. After our death, they will continue to do so.
