LORD, thank you for interceding for me.

Updated: Jan 6

Habari little sister of JESUS. Mè yéga heritage of GOD! May every serpent hidden near you be crushed. May every unclean seed deposited in you be uprooted (rooted out). May the LORD answer your prayers, but more than that, may He meet your need. If you are weary, may He give you rest. If you are afflicted, may He be your comfort. If you are oppressed, let Him be your refuge. If you are blind, may He be your light. Let His peace dwell in you and His faithfulness speak for you. Stand firm. Behold your salvation and your reward are on the way. In their baggage are your restoration and blessings. GOD your FATHER, orders sevenfold restitution.

" Likewise the SPIRIT also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the SPIRIT itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And He that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the SPIRIT, because He maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of GOD." (Romans 8: 26-27, KJV)

" Who is the one who condemns us? CHRIST JESUS is the One who died [to pay our penalty], and more than that, who was raised [from the dead], and who is at the right hand of GOD interceding [with the Father] for us." (Romains 8:34, LS)

Friday morning I woke up hearing myself praying. It doesn't happen every day, but often enough that it's no longer a sporadic event. In my sleep, my mind began to pray in tongues; my soul perceived it and sent a signal to my body to wake up. This is how I woke up hearing myself praying in tongues within me. At this moment I have to exercise my free will: either I agree to pray (in this case I take an adequate posture), or I refuse and choose to go back to sleep.

When I agree to pray, I don't start by speaking. I put on instrumental worship, I sit (feet on the ground), I stand up, I walk, or I kneel. Everyone who prays with me knows that I always start my prayer time with a moment of silence. It is for me a mark of reverence. I pray to agree with GOD and not to inform him. Spontaneously, after five minutes, I begin to pray audibly in language or intelligence. If after five to ten minutes, I continue to hear myself praying (within me) without feeling the need to open my mouth and speak, it means is the HOLY SPIRIT and not my spirit that prays within me (Romans 8:26-27).

Very often I then feel a strong desire to read my bible, to worship, or to give thanks. This was the case last Friday. I'm not proud of it, but frankly I was drowsy half the time. I was struggling between the need to give thanks and the urge to sleep. I felt heavy, tired. Whenever sleep seemed to win, I heard a voice say to me "Don't fall asleep pray with me". After an hour, after a great exhale, I was able to worship, praise and give thanks audibly. This expiration was deliverance (either from a demon or from an unclean seed). As I was praising, I couldn't help but say "LORD Thank you for interceding for me. Thank you for interceding for me."

If you recognize that there are so many things that GOD has done for you without you asking, I invite you to thank Him with me:

Good morning FATHER,

Thank you for your Love, your mercy and your faithfulness.

Thank you for your Love revealed and manifested in JESUS.

Thank you for your goodness that we receive by grace

And the misfortunes from which we are spared by mercy.

Thank you for your faithfulness, your commitment to never abandon us and to strengthen us in CHRIST.

You do not forsake your people, nor do you forsake your inheritance (Psalms 94:14).

Truly our destinies are in your hands. You are the one who delivers from enemies and persecutors (Psalms 31:16).

Thank you for the intercessions of JESUS, mediator of the new covenant (Romans 8:34, Hebrews 9:15)

Thank you for the intercessions of the HOLY SPIRIT, witness of the mediator, guide of our lives and teacher of the Truth (Romans 8:26, John 15:26, John 16:13, John 14:26).

Their intercessions precede our prayers,

And it is because they are answered that our prayers are answered.

Thank you for speaking when we were silent.

Thank you for saying "yes" when I said "no" to the spirit.

Thank you for saying "no" when I said "yes" to the flesh, weakness, sloth and pride.

Thank You for all the blessings, compensations, consolations, encouragements, deliverances, healings, prophecies, anointing, reconciliations, restorations, revelations, victories, visions, visitations, received without having asked for them.

Thank you for every time You have done more: more than what we asked, more than we expected, more than we gave, more than we hoped for, more than we deserved.

Forgive us for every missed, skipped, botched, forgotten appointment.

Forgive us for every time we asked for today without repenting of yesterday.

Forgive us for every time we demand tomorrow without acknowledging today.

Forgive us for every time we have refused to pray and chosen to go back to sleep.

Forgive us for every time we let the enemy put us to sleep when we could have asked the HOLY SPIRIT to help us pray.

May we have the humility to ask the HOLY SPIRIT to teach us to pray, to help us pray and to keep us awake.

May our wills be aligned with yours, so that your wills may be fulfilled in us, for us and through us.

So our lives will be the answers to your prayers: those prayers that you inspire, lead and answer.

In JESUS CHRIST we pray,

Amen.

It's your turn to speak now (your words and your heart). You know your life, you know what GOD has done for you. Give thanks for all He has done for you before you asked and without you asking. Don't normalize ingratitude, give thanks.
