So, to leave vengeance (judgment) and retribution to him means: to appeal to justice, to ask for his intervention, to submit to him and benefit from his vengeance. In other words, to obtain judgment and retribution in our favor. This retribution includes healing and restoration of the soul, and measures of anointing, grace, favor and authority.
